Salmon are the very healthy eating food which can be done in a healthy recipe, most fish are cooked in short time also it is made only for frying, normally 10-20 minutes. But this method using the sous vide is the healthy food recipe by simply keeping the mixture at constant temperature.

Directions to use

Step 5: After cooking the fish you can carefully remove salmon from bags with the clips and transfer it to a double layer of paper towels. Discard the aromatics which are added and gently blot top of salmon with more paper towels.
Step 6: Hot serving
To serve the fish immediately in plate you need to be carefully peeling away skin and discard. Serve salmon immediately with the freshly skinned side down for better presentation.
Step 7: Cool serving
If you want cooler fisher then transfer the salmon to refrigerator uncovered and allow it to chill completely. Store in a closed container for up to a few days and served cold you can either prefer for sandwich or salads, or can be stirred into pasta.
Step 8: You can also cook by using adding vegetables to the steal vessels and then place salmon gently to it in a shimmer and can be served.
